Our work in Taylor has grown beyond the single project first reported earlier this year. We are now advancing two separate workforce housing opportunities in the area.
Taylor Site 1
A standalone multifamily workforce housing opportunity in Taylor, Texas, currently planned around approximately 300 units.
Taylor Site 2
A separate Taylor-area site being planned as a mixed-housing community with multifamily, townhomes, and detached cottages. The final program is still being refined through underwriting, site planning, and City coordination.
Both concepts are being planned with lower-rise buildings, green space, and appropriate separation from nearby homes.
Initial reporting in mid-2026 reflected an earlier 275-unit Taylor concept on roughly 33 acres, including a pool amenity. Since then, underwriting, site planning, and City coordination have advanced, and the Taylor effort has grown into two separate development opportunities.
We are currently working with City staff on planning, infrastructure, utilities, annexation, and the next steps for each site.
