MG & Sons Holdings
STRATEGY · UPDATED OCTOBER 2026

Workforce housing, planned alongside growth.

Central Texas is adding jobs, schools and infrastructure faster than housing for the people who staff them. We treat that housing as part of the infrastructure, planned from the start.

THE THESIS

Housing belongs in the growth plan.

New plants, campuses and hospitals bring jobs to Texas corridors before the housing that workers can afford. Commutes lengthen, hiring gets harder and the town loses the people it depends on.

We plan workforce housing alongside job, school, healthcare and public-service growth, and we work with the public sector early so the infrastructure and the homes arrive together.

WHO WE SERVE

Quality homes for the people who keep communities moving.

MPG Workforce Communities develops housing around local needs, from rental communities to opportunities for homeownership. Each development takes its own approach to design, pricing and financing, shaped by the people and community it will serve.
