Mayla and Carl Mason presented MPG Workforce Communities as the first of four pitches at Dealmakers Austin’s Deal Talk: The Pitches on Friday, October 16, at the East End Ballroom in Austin.
The presentation took the room behind the scenes of workforce housing development in Central Texas: land, cities, capital and construction. It covered the Taylor pilot, a planned community of approximately 300 apartments in the Taylor corridor, and the platform’s statewide vision for housing the people who keep growing Texas towns running.
